Nationwide deployment, coast to coast
All staffing, equipment and technology are provided and managed by our own team. The system is portable and fast to install, and we deploy nationwide, so the office above is a base of operations, not a venue guests visit.
Before you write
What to have ready
Our own technical discovery form asks for these five things because they are what actually determine whether a format fits the room. Have as many ready as you can and the first quote back will be that much sharper.
Date and city
The event date and the city or venue it lands in. Crews and kiosks route around this first, so it is the one detail every quote starts from.
Venue name
Whichever convention center, hotel ballroom or resort function space is booked. We have already solved the loading dock in most of the markets we run.
Estimated guest count
Programs run from around 100 guests to 2,000 and beyond. Headcount sets the number of touchscreen kiosks and the size of the crew, not the structure of the night.
Primary focus or integrated activity
Is the program the main attraction of the event, or one of several attractions in the room, for example a band or casino night? Both are common. Telling us which shapes the run of show.
What else is happening in the room
A live band or DJ, billiards or arcade games, food stations or a buffet, formal awards or speeches. If there is a band or DJ booked, our crew coordinates audio cues around the race and market breaks so the two never compete for the room's attention. If awards or speeches are on the agenda, know that our programs typically require a two hour window, so we can help place it in the run of show.
