That structure makes the bracket easy to follow from across the room: a table can glance at the display, see exactly who is racing next, and know within seconds who moved on. It is the format planners reach for when they want the visible drama of a bracket without stretching a program past its window.
How the bracket plays out
Each heat is short by design, so a full bracket clears inside the same two-hour shape as the rest of the platform. Guests place their selections at the kiosks before each heat closes, then watch the result post in real time on the shared leaderboard. Because the format is purely social competition, not wagering, the stakes stay in bragging rights and the standings, exactly where a corporate room wants them. Our crew handles setup, staffing and the technology end to end, and coordinates audio cues with any live band or DJ around each heat's break.
