Built on integrity
Integrity
At Day at the Derby®, integrity is more than a statement, it is how we operate.
Founded in 1990, the company evolved into what is now exclusively Day at the Derby®, a national interactive competition platform dedicated to corporate environments. While the format has advanced, the standards behind it have never changed.
Our standards
Our Standards Are Reflected in Five Core Commitments
Core commitment
Uncompromising Preparation
We arrive ready. Equipment updated. Systems tested. Details handled before doors open. Preparation is not an afterthought, it is the foundation of execution.
Core commitment
Professional Execution
Calm leadership. Clear communication. Disciplined deployment in every venue. Whether inside a major convention center or a destination resort, our team operates with production-level precision.
Core commitment
Investment in Quality
We reinvest continuously in our kiosks, software, and presentation systems to ensure a modern, polished experience aligned with current corporate production standards. No shortcuts. No second-tier equipment.
Core commitment
Accountability
If something requires attention, it is corrected immediately, before it becomes your problem. Your reputation is protected. Your audience experience is prioritized.
Core commitment
Respect for Every Client
We serve organizations of every background with professionalism, discretion, and inclusiveness. Our leadership philosophy is grounded in deeply held core beliefs that emphasize honesty, humility, service, and doing what is right, in every interaction and every decision.

Every one of the five commitments above is checked against the same room you would actually walk into: kiosks live, leaderboard lit, crew already in place.
Why the commitments read as ordinary on purpose
None of the five is a marketing claim. They are operating rules: show up ready, communicate clearly, reinvest in the equipment, fix problems before the client sees them, and treat every organization with the same respect regardless of size or industry. A convention closer for 2,000 people and a hospitality suite for 100 are held to the identical list.
Purely social competition is part of that same standard. Our structured formats are designed strictly for professional entertainment and social engagement, built on selections and picks rather than money changing hands, and that framing does not change by market or venue.
Our commitment
Prepared. Professional. Disciplined.
That is the standard behind every kiosk, every leaderboard and every crew we send into your venue. Tell us the date and the room, and we will tell you honestly whether the format fits.
